1. You take the CPF-eligible course
With a partner training organization, you follow a course eligible for the CPF. This training being financed by the French State, you agree to pass an oral certification to assess your acquired skills.
This training organization communicates to D+HINKING CERTIFICATION your personal details. It is at least your first name, last name, email and file number. It is necessary to inform the Caisse des Dépôts of your certification.
If you have a disability, inform your training organization and contact us with this email certification@dthinking.co. We will arrange the passage of your certification.
2. You complete your project file
This file is sent to you by the trainer during the training. This one is a template. It makes it easier for you to fill it with your production during your training and/or during subsequent activities. For this file, it is not a question of writing a dissertation... You just need to provide visual proof that you have practiced the required skills. You highlight the different skills implemented in a real or simulated professional situation. This also allows you to anchor your learning and prepare for your oral.
You send it to the D+HINKING CERTIFICATION certification body with the link provided by the trainer. Within 5 days, you will receive a confirmation.
You will also have to transmit personal data required by Caisse des Dépots for the transmission of your successful certification. They are not included in our database. According to article L. 6113-8 of the labor code, organizations do not have to obtain the consent of certification holders because the transmission of this information is a legal obligation.
3. You pass your oral certification
The certifying body offers you several dates for your oral exam. This lasts 30 minutes and consists of a presentation of your project based on your file and questions and answers. So see this exercise as a professional situation, just as you would in the context of a project or a brief with a client.
You take a quiz before the oral exam to help you master the skills framework. This quiz is just here to prepare you. It is optional and does not count in the evaluation.
Your one and only goal is to provide proof that you have integrated the skills described in the skills framework integrated into the template. This is your intention during your jury oral.
Come at the exact time. You will be welcomed by the president of the jury.
Use a few slides (excerpt from your project file) to structure your presentation in 10 to 15 minutes, skill by skill, based on your practice. The jury will then ask you questions for 10 to 15 minutes max.

And you can add beyond the acquisition of skills:
1- Your points of vigilance regarding the application of these skills
2- What you will implement in the coming weeks. The purpose of these skills is to help you in your respective professions.
The certification award jury is made up of professionals all independent of the certification body. They are not employees of dthinking network. And they are not the trainer(s) of your training. They verify your identity to prevent fraud. Any fraud observed will be the subject of a letter from the certifying organization to Caisse des Dépôts and France Compétences.
The jury is just there to evaluate your acquired skills. He is not there to give you advice in the allotted time.
The jury evaluates your presentation using an evaluation grid which is the one presented in the skills framework. You must obtain the minimum score required for each skill to obtain certification. It is not possible to partially validate this repository.
You provide feedback on your oral certification to tell the certifying body what worked well for you and what the organization needs to improve. This is feedback on the certification process, including the jury, not on the training itself.
4. You receive your score
You receive your maximum score 10 days after your oral.
If successful, you will receive a certificate maximum 30 days after your jury. This Blockchain certificate is for life available on our partner’s platform (smartcertificate.com or procertif.com). It is publishable on your LinkedIn profile if you wish.

If you pass this certification without public funding, you will be asked to share some additional personal information to hang your certificate with Caisse des Dépôts.
If you fail, you have the option to try again. Contact us to do this. You can also contest the result of your oral exam using a link sent to you when sharing your score.
You also have the possibility of filing a complaint regarding the training followed with the partner training organization.
The certification organization will come back to you after analyzing the complaint within a maximum of 30 days.
The certifying body exercises control to identify and address any malfunctions in the certification procedure. He is responsible for putting in place the means for an objective evaluation with an independent jury.
