Coming Soon: The Product Capability Framework

The Product Capability Framework is a reference framework designed to identify and develop the capabilities needed to create value through product and design. Structured around the six pillars of the Value Operating Model — Strategy, Discovery, Design, Delivery, Growth, and Sustaining —, it connects professional capabilities with skills in Leadership and Facilitation & Coaching.

It will enable individuals and teams to map capabilities, assess existing skills and identify those that need to be developed, and build a development roadmap.

The Product Capability Framework will be available in early November 2026.
